The acquisition was executed through their respective companies, Tak Agro and TY Holdings.
The project, conceived in March 2022, was unveiled by the 84-year-old businessman, politician, and retired army general.
The $1.36-million donation, through the T.Y. Danjuma Foundation, is the largest donation by an individual for the construction of a student hostel in Nigeria.
