Said Salim Bakhresa & Company Limited (SSB)

The flagship of Bakhresa Group, SSB’s operations span grain milling, transport, and an Inland Container Depot. Its acquired mills from Tanzania’s privatization program make it a powerhouse in wheat milling across East Africa. It has a vast transport network and also runs the Azam Inland Container Depot in Dar es Salaam.

Bakhresa Food Products Limited

A titan in Tanzania’s food and beverage sector, it produces and markets the Azam and Uhai brands, which are celebrated for their authentic taste and nutritional integrity.

Azam Bakeries Company Limited (ABCL)

Initially set up to cater to the country’s rising demand for quality bread, ABCL now boasts a range of sweet and savory biscuits, distributing widely in Tanzania and the DRC.

Azam TV

Azam TV offers affordable bouquet packages to cater to diverse audience preferences. Azam TV competes aggressively with South African giant Multichoice in Tanzania’s PayTV market, and they are not doing badly. Azam TV has more than 1.5 million subscribers.
