Nigerian real estate mogul Paul Onwuanibe’s Landmark Africa secures $24 million funding from Shelter Afrique

Landmark Africa Group, a prominent real estate and property development company led by Nigerian real estate mogul Paul Onwuanibe, has successfully secured N10 billion ($24 million) in funding from Shelter Afrique, a pan-African housing financier.

In a recent tweet, Onwuanibe the founder and CEO of Landmark Africa Group announced that the $24 million in funding secured from the pan-African housing financier will be utilized to partially finance the construction of the Landmark Waterview Apartments, a mixed-use housing project, as well as to refinance existing debt.
